Welcome

Create Your Space is a seven-year programme funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and Welsh Government that will enable communities to lead on making positive and sustainable transformations to their local natural environment.

The six projects that have received funding have now moved from the foundation phase to the delivery phase with up to six years funding for projects. The Learning and Support element for these projects will continue in this phase.
